The most essential requirement for migrating to a country is Visa which known to all. While planning to migrate to Australia for work, you are required to be eligible for migration under the Skilled Visa Program which could be permanent or temporary. Skilled Sponsored Visa The Skilled Sponsored Visa is basically meant to address the skill shortages existing in a state or territory and thus encourages a more balanced dispersal of Australia's skilled migrant intake. 3. Skilled Regional (Residence) Visa This type of permanent visa is provided to applicants who have lived at least two years and worked full time for 12 months in a specific regional area of Australia. Temporary 4. Skilled Regional Sponsored Visa This visa addresses the skill shortages that exist in regional areas of Australia. Successful applicants (and their families) will be allowed to work and live in Australia for up to three years. However, they may also be able to apply for the permanent stage of this visa after they have lived for two years and worked for one year in the regional area. 5. Skilled Graduate Visa This temporary visa allows overseas students that have recently completed their course but are unable to apply for skilled migration to live and work in Australia for 18 months in order to build upon their work experience and English skills. 6. Skilled Recognized Graduate Visa Graduates of recognized overseas universities with skills needed in Australia can apply for this 18 month temporary visa, providing unrestricted work and study rights.
